Use. Leading In Reading (Passage Pulse and Brain ReCharge) is provided for classroom use by teachers and schools. Reading check-ins are a screening snapshot and are not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional judgment.
Plans. The Teacher plan is a yearly subscription: $39 per year (founding teachers pay $19 for the first year). It renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. Team ($299 per year) and School ($499 per school per year, less for five or more schools) licenses bought by card are also yearly subscriptions that renew automatically each year until cancelled. They are delivered as a license code that each covered teacher enters in the app. A Team license covers up to 10 teachers. A School license covers the teachers at each school purchased (up to 200 per school). Licenses arranged by invoice or purchase order cover the period on the quote and do not renew automatically.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in the app under Account → Billing & receipts (for Team and School licenses, signed in with the email used to buy). You keep access until the end of the year you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Renewal reminders and failed payments. We send a reminder email before each renewal. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry the card and notify you; you can update your card in Billing & receipts.
Refunds. Contact us within 30 days of a purchase or renewal for a refund. A full refund ends access to the paid libraries.
Content. Passages, questions and activities are licensed to you for classroom use and printing. You may not resell or redistribute the libraries.
Accounts. You sign in with a code emailed to you. Keep access to that email account secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app (delete my account).
No warranty. The tools are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
